AwjPass is a technology platform that lets independent wellness venues (spas, studios, and clinics) offer bookings, payments and related services to their customers. The wellness services themselves are provided by the venue you book with, not by AwjPass.

We may update these terms; the version and date will change and we record your acceptance. Continued use means you accept the current version.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, the law, or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

When you book, you enter a contract with the venue for the service. Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), include VAT where applicable, and the final price and any fees are shown before you confirm.

Where you pay online, AwjPass collects the payment as the venue's limited agent, through its licensed payment provider (Paymob), and settles the venue. AwjPass never stores your full card number. Some venues allow pay-at-venue, where you pay the venue directly.

The venue — not AwjPass — is responsible for the quality, safety and delivery of the service.

Cancellation and refund terms are set per venue and shown before you book; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Your rights under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 are not affected. Because a booking reserves a service for a specific date/time, refund rights for dated services may differ from those for physical goods.

A venue subscribes to a plan (billed per location, in EGP, plus VAT); AwjPass is the seller of the subscription and issues a tax-compliant invoice. AwjPass may charge a commission on payments it collects for the venue and pass through gateway fees, disclosed per transaction.

Money customers pay online is held for and owed to the venue (less commission and fees) — it is not AwjPass's revenue — and is settled to the venue per the payout schedule. The venue authorises AwjPass to collect these payments as its limited agent.

The venue must hold all required licences, deliver services lawfully, honour bookings and approved refunds, keep its own tax records, and comply with the Data Processing Addendum for its clients' personal data.

You must not misuse the platform: no unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity; no scraping, reverse-engineering, or circumventing security or plan limits; no abuse of promotions or referral credits; no sending of unlawful or non-consented marketing.

AwjPass provides the platform 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, AwjPass is not liable for the acts or omissions of venues or customers, or for the wellness service itself, and its total liability is limited as set out in our full terms. Nothing limits rights you have under Egyptian consumer-protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are subject to the competent Egyptian courts. We may update these terms; material changes are notified in-app and continued use constitutes acceptance.
