Cancellation Policy

Each venue sets its own cancellation window. The applicable terms are shown before you confirm a booking.

1. Cancelling a booking

You can cancel a booking from the app. If you cancel before the venue's cancellation window (for example, 4 hours before the appointment), no fee applies and any online payment is refunded per the Refund Policy.

2. Late cancellation

If you cancel inside the cancellation window, the venue may retain part or all of the amount, or deduct a class credit, as disclosed at booking time.

3. No-shows

Not attending without cancelling is treated as a late cancellation.

4. Venue-initiated cancellations

If a venue cancels, you will be notified and fully refunded for any online payment, or offered rebooking.
